I have three main passions, across which I divide my time:
1. Modernising leadership practices and workplace cultures to reflect the changing times of a digital era (via consulting, workshops, coaching and speaker events).
2. Diagnostics, professional development and career coaching:
assisting individuals to understand their unique strengths and opportunities for further growth, via online personality, ability and motivation assessments. Includes career coaching.
assisting companies to understand if their employees are genuinely aligned behind the company vision and strategy, via the Human Factor Health Check. Suitable for VC, start-up, SME and corporates.
